take my steps slow. Groundbreaking
process, progress is a snail pace.
That’s my failsafe. Whether hail or rain wailing down.

then i’m straight, shallow inhale,
then i wait, then a deep exhale.
what it entails is some patience.

I’m meditating, celebrating the renovations i’ve made.
My lack of escalating is elevating,

Regulated my breathe and
lessened medication.
